Can I bind 2 Heng Long TK-7.1 board to 1 transmitter?

This works with the 7.0, so assuming will work with the 7.1. I have 6 tanks bound to the one transmitter.
Turn on the remote while holding the lock/start button. Then, turn on the tank. Once the lights and sounds start working, your tank is successfully connected and ready to drive.

Yep, I bind a bunch of both 7.0 and 7.1 tanks to one controller.

Today I try to bind Heng Long 6.0S to Haya 6.3 board but it's not paired ! Can I get a transmitter 6.1 to bind ?

No such thing as a TK6.1 transmitter, only a TK6.1 motherboard. The transmitter you posted in the link above should bind to a HL 6.x motherboard. It is made by Canshuo. The 6.x Heng Long transmitter should bind to the Haya 6.3. I have all of the above transmitters and motherboards. They bind just fine.
