It would be great if you would submit a photo of your F16 taken in sunshine with a an airfield backdrop as I think you would have a stunning photo that would attract many votesOriginally posted by Mikeyp View Post

Hi folks,
many thanks to James and the team to make this competition happen again this year!
And great honor personally to participate once more.
My contribution is a Freewing Me 262 V2, converted into a A2a Sturmvogel (stormbird) Blitzbomber, Bu.No. 110613 „9K+DK“ of 2nd/KG 51, flown by Ofw. Hermann Wieczorek from Rheine-Hopsten airfield in February 1945.
Beside a full gear modification (100 degree front gear with 64 mm wheel and 85 mm main gear wheels as well as adding inner main gear doors) I did a full flap mod. (full flaps instead of stock split flaps) as well as a full cockpit re-do and numerous scale mods and additions (working nav. lights, SC 250 bombs, Riedel starter cones, antennas, ...).
Thanks to my club mate Hendrik for giving me an impressive photo shooting for this bird!

First of all, great job by Fraser! I think age has finally caught up with you Rocketboy! My submission is for the Gripen which is very different than the F-16. LOLOriginally posted by Rocketboy1030 View PostThis might be your youngest pilot entry . My 9yrs old son Fraser did this 70mm F16 last spring , and he has flown it (buddy box) ! I think HHamzeh from our MMFC club copied him! note the 3D printed missiles also printed by Fraser. Credits to Mikeyp for the tiger decals!

Freewing 90mm F/A 18C - Canadian Tiger Meet scheme 2003.
Located in it's secret jungle base, along with it's ground crew and security detail.
One of the most complicated schemes I've tried, blending yellows to orange (without an airbrush) and getting the graphics and finish correct to scale. Callie's graphics only accounted for half of the required pieces and the stripes on the top fuselage and side plates where either hand painted or had to be created from scratch. All of the black and white was hand painted as well, but certainly worth it.
Not that it matters in this contest, but some of the "Unseen" modifications included:- upgraded cockpit and instruments
- upgraded pilot
- EDF upgraded to 12 blade 4068-1835 Kv Freewing inrunner
- Twin LED afterburners from the RC Geek
- Upgraded elevator servos to ProModeler DS 150's
- 4 coats of Varathane exterior clear gloss Spar Urethane
Happy Hunting to All Entrants!!Hugh "Wildman" Wiedman

Hugh Wiedman If I were the judge, you'd win hands down. I know how much you put into that plane. Also, I'm Canajun, eh!
