90mm Freewing F-16 (912) which I received as a gift for my 50th birthday in September 2021. Customized to represent 115th FW, WI ANG: https://media.defense.gov/2016/Apr/2...-HS473-027.jpg which reflects stylings of my alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which is adjacent to their home field. I studied Graphic Design and English at UW; those skills helped me build a career but also helped me in designing and printing custom decals such as those on these planes, as well as airbrushing and weathering skills. By the time I got to painting and detailing the third F-16, I felt like an employee on the General Dynamics manufacturing line!

I painted and decalled all three, with the other two going to flying buddies who are also UW grads, and we all now have matching Freewing 90mm F-16s (as you can see in the second pic). My plane (912) Includes custom cockpit with lighting, custom decals, complete repaint and weathering, and the addition of extra scale details such as the static dischangers on trailing edges of wing and tail surfaces, and all three have TrueFire LED Afterburners from 5280 installed.

Grateful for the opportunity for self-expression and creativity, as well as camaraderie, this hobby provides! Thanks

        • Here’s my marines dream paint scheme of my Flightline Corsair. I submitted my freewing 262 but would like to use my Corsair for the contest instead.

            • Here's my current "Vulhawk", it's the Freewing Vulcan I won in last year end MotionRC spin, my first EDF jet, wich ended in a high speed vertical crash after a triple high AoA stall.
Took 1 month to repair the blown out nose and broken right wing, and also repainted it fully in an imaginary winter camo that was necer used in the Bae Hak, but inspired in RAF 41 Sqn. that used Sepecar Jaguars and Harrier GR.3 in the 80's.

                        • Freewing Jas-39 Gripen with smoke. Works with 1 min smoke so far. Top paint is gold trim inspired by my Saab 9-5 aero. They both handle similarly, takes a bit from stop but keeps going faster and faster.

Added dual nose wheel, tail hook, sheepskin seats, and cockpit detail.

                                        • Here is my L-39 entry. The paint scheme is the same as an existing privately-owned jet in Texas. The camo was quite difficult to apply...having gone through many rolls of low-tack tape. I upgraded the cockpit details including adding an inner canopy frame. This adds depth and width similar to the full-scale example. I also added pilot-tube and engine inlet covers for when the jet is parked. I am glad that I was able to share!
