Last spring I purchased a radiomaster tx16s on amazon. It worked great, did everything I had hoped for. I was very pleased with it. Then the screen developed a problem: thin, colored lines were obscuring the display image and making the radio unusable. I emailed Radiomaster, describing the problem. They requested pictures of the screen, which I sent. They then asked for proof of purchase, so I sent a copy of my order from amazon. They promptly sent me a free replacement screen. After a bit of searching online I found a youtube video that showed how to replace the screen. I did the replacement this morning. Radio is working great.
