Advice, how to repair broken rudder

These CA hinges and some Foam-Tac work great.

TI I assume that you cut the surface completely off then cut the slots in the surface edges then apply foam tac to the hinge and slide them in the slots. I’ve never used them but have some planes that need them.

Yes, I also put some FT in the slot as well.
