Had the P-40 and BBD up today just to practice circuits, take offs and landings.

Lost the little spring on the gear door to the P-40 and am looking for another one, any ideas??

BTW, I see Motion doesn't have any P-40s in stock and the parts are dwindling, are they still selling them??

I managed to get my recently wrapped F-86 up today. Flew three flights, the last with a Mobius on board. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with this one, I can see this one going to the field a lot in the future.

It was a special day for my son today, one of my flying buddies had a plane he couldn't fly anymore so he gave it to my son to enjoy. So the planes that flew today included the A10, FA18, mini skyhunter, and T28 for me, and my son flew his sportsman s, and his new to him apprentice s. Absolutely perfect day for flying and fun!

Our winds came up also, a 45 to 90 degree crosswind, just enough to make it a little uncomfortable. I remembered I had the A3L in BBD rigged to the radio knob for gain, so turned it up to 50%, all of a sudden, she flew much more stabile and handled the wind with ease.

Ok, I assembled my Flex Innovations Cessna 170 today. Not exactly Freewing quality, but none the less a beautiful plane. Took a little more programming then your typical PNP. Can’t wait to maiden it tomorrow .

I tried today to just focus on my kids flying. They all did great. Nathan hit 61 days and Enoch 43. Even my girls are showing an interest now. The daily flight challenge is contagious!
