Beat the wind this morning!! Got three flights in on the Bearcat and two on La Patrona before I had to shut her down. I have to get used to the growl from the Tigercat that the beefier motors make, she has a great growl but when you used to the silence of electrics, its a little disconcerting !!
Definitely Grumman Works Day...
The little trouble makers!!!

For information only.
If any of you are from the bay area or plan on visiting the bay area in the future, the link below shows several places to fly. With the exception of Livermore Flying Electrons (you'll need a guest pass which I will be happy to accommodate upon request), all the other places do not require membership so they'll be free.Comment

Flew my Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin yesterday at Warbirds Over Lake Benbrook. Flooding on one side of the field made for a great spot for some mock water rescues. Need to get a hoist on it now!4 PhotosComment

DD.........I've always been envious of your heli talents/fleet.. Always wanted to get to that level of scale as your Dolphin
I gave up on them a couple years ago because I just couldn't get past the mental block I had with nose in controls and the ensuing frustration of expensive repairs.:P
Fortunately my fixed wing Warbird skills excel and I have yet to find one that I can't fly;) So the rotary money now goes to fixed giant scale:Scared:LOLWarbird Charlie
