Awesome rendition! As the Brits would say: "She's "spot on" old chap!"....Originally posted by vduniec View Post

Here’s my latest effort. Still a work in progress. It’s the excellent Flightline F4U-1 Corsair 1600mm. I changed out the wheels with larger Robart wheels. Printed out the Motion RC 3D cockpit upgrade parts and cut open the canopy. Used decals by Callie Graphics and clipped the wingtips for this British version. Wanted to get a few quick flights on it before I put any more effort into it. Still have to weather it, add antenna wire and am considering doing open cowl flaps.

Thanks LB, in hindsight, I should have included the Avanti as a Ghost as well, maybe next time!

Perfect day for some pictures!!:Cool::Cool:
The Mustangs as they should be! Wait, there's a ghost amongst them! Didn't think I'd ever see Shangrila back together, she missed the Annual Mustang roundup, so I just had to get a shot of her back in the herd:)
Speaking of ghosts, Every plane in this picture has lawn darted in and came home in pieces...……………;)
Hard to believe !!
The Grumman works gang!!
And the 1600 mm birds, the gear door on the Spitfire is on its way...
The newly gloss coated P-40, the wings have no gatoring, will have to work on the fuse next winter..
I originally was going to apply a coat of Matte Minwax once I got rid of the gatoring, but it looks kinda cool shiny so what the heck!!
