If you go through the lineup, you'll see some planes Motion have already replicated or have been done before by Freewing- both in the EDF and Flightline Warbird categories. EG F4, A4, B-24, Spitfire.
So in keeping with the Collins foundation theme my guess remains the F-100 Super Sabre for the Freewing EDF and a 1600mm F4U Corsair for the Flightline Warbird,Currently flying: Twin 80mm A-10, 80mm F5, 80mm A6, 70mm Yak-130, 70mm F-16v2,90mm Stinger 90, 70mmRC Lander F9F, Flightline F7F TigerCat, Phoenix 46 size Tucano, Flyzone L-39

Just wondering about what "Foil" could be now that Motion RC is Global. The next EDF maybe along those lines. Russian, British, Etc..Etc.. From early Korea to Modern day and they would all be nice models.
If it does happen, a Mig 19 or 29 would be nice but perhaps a Panvia Tornado with twin 80mm, variable wings and grass field gear. Just waiting for the announcement..

There was a mention about a July announcement, so hopefully we are in the home stretch.
I have some "New Jet" money just waiting to be spent so I'm waiting for the announcement before I click buy. Right now waffling between the SU-35, 70mm F-16, and the F-4 6S version.Comment

Ive reached a point that I want to keep the fleet size down. Both so I can focus on scratchbuild projects a little better without getting sidetracked with modding all my planes, and so I get quality flight experience with the planes I have. Been working on selling off some planes that hardly get flown anymore and trying to keep myself to 1 new jet a year. Especially now that I want to jump into Turbines in the next year or 2.

As Dahawk said, it would be wise to look at the Collings Foundation. They seem to be the source of a very large number of Freewing planes. They have a couple of interesting ones that aren't in the lineup yet, but this one seems like a good bet to me. We know that "Project Foil" is an EDF, and a "Foil" and a "Saber" are both fighting blades. So...… maybe its this one.

Mike... the models you saw yesterday are all from FMS. I think this thread is theorizing and musing about what might be next from Freewing.
There are already threads opened on both of the models that you saw fly yesterday ... over on that other RC forum site.Comment
