VFA-82 Maurader in for Desert Storm / Shield. I’m in for grey for sure.Originally posted by ao2nelson1205 View PostI really like them both! The FA-18 is near and dear to my heart. See I was deployed with VFA-15 Valions during the Persian Gulf War. I would like you to use the graphics of that squadron. Thank you.

Alpha,
Been watching the progress with great interest and I'm very tempted to order a gray one when available. One thing I can't help but notice is missing is the very distinctive red tail strobe. I have seen the videos and the amount of scale details are incredible, and I know it seems trivial, but I think this would be a really great thing to add to the production version. Perhaps a re-work from the white strobe to twin red strobes? Would be much more accurate. Looking forward to seeing the release date!!

I'm super excited about this one! Just last week enjoyed the Blue Angels fly a hight sky demo. The iconic Blue Angel scheme with yellow is perfect for any kind of sky, grey, high cloudy, and blue sky. I have grey jets and they're always difficult to see in the sky (even on a clear day) the only reason I see the gray in high demand is to mod and change livery scheme, which caters to modelers rather than actual flying pilots. Everyone that has ever flown a scale jet knows the visibility on a Blue Angel scheme is perfection and practical for flying! (The iconic scheme was designed for easy visibility for on looking crowds to follow) This C model is at a perfect time as they are being retired. Thank you Alpha for listening to our requests, once again outstanding job!

I enjoy putting my own paint scheme on my planes but I never realized until you pointed it out that I was not an "actual flying pilot".
