Hello all. I’ve recently bought the 6S EF typhoon and excited to build and do my own colour scheme. I would like to ask those who don't use the canards through the mixing box, i would like ask what size receiver are you using? I believe the jet requires 7 minimum. Thanks.

Solved the canard problem. Turned out i needed to put everything back to a 100% values and do the aux wizards setup again.

So i got myself the eurofighter, it looks amazing and flighs great but i need to get some more time and practise with it to do high alfa and landings are a little hot.. i was wondering since i added 40gr of tail weight but its obviously not enough, so added another 25 for next flight.
my question is how much sensetiveti are you guys running with the as3x? I saw Jon @ two bro RC running 4x sens. Anyone else did this to make it more stable as weight it beeing added to the tail?

Me. It gets the added lead as far back as is possible, and looks better than the stock nozzle too.Originally posted by Reptielenfreak View PostHow many people owning this jet have the 3d printed heavy exhaust nozzle installed on the V3 eurof.? Is it "a must" when flying on 6s 5000mah 70c cnhl

No. Like most planes you need to use more elevator and it will need up trim compared to a more rearward balance.

So in stock form. Is i diffecult to fly/ keep the nose up? Or do you have to constant hold elevator?Originally posted by Evan D View PostI don't remember exactly how much I added but it was quite a bit. I probably say earlier in this thread or on RCG.

Your right. I tought it was a v3 sinds the update in 2023 my bad.Originally posted by Evan D View PostFirst the new Euro is not a V3 like, say the V3 70mm F-16. There was a V1 and 2 of the older Euro with TV. The new one is all new. FreeWing does not call it a V3 either.
I did not add 3D printed nozzles but I did add extra lead to the tail. I built mine as a 6S but after flying with a friends 8S I quickly went 8S too. I have fairly light batteries, 575+250g.
and did add a Total of 30grams or more?

I love the SMC 8S HiV 5900 pack weighing in at 938 gr and use this in my two 8S F4's and 8S F16 (older version) and they fly spectacular on those but much easier to get a rearward (is that a word?) cg without adding more tail weight. Keep as much weight outta this one for better performance. Just my opinion
, so take it with a grain of salt, but I should warn you that I am extremely humble and ALWAYS right!

Much appreciate the reply, just the info I was looking for. 👍 thanks.

I use 6000 packs on my other planes and it would be nice to keep them all the same. Presumably some
foam removal needed.
But just wondered if anyone has achieved it.
Thanks.
