I have not timed it yet on 3s 1300, so much fun that I hit LVC like the guy in the video did. I would say about 6 minutes of hard flying. I do not know if 2200s will fit. If it does let us know how it flies.

Sorry my finger didn't type what my brain was thinking. I was wondering about the 980 version. Also happens occasionally when I'm flying lol.

Nice what kinda flight times on 3s 2200s

I think this question might have been directed to me. Average flight times for the 980 mm P40 on my 3s 2200 are about 6 1/2 minutes.

I got another flight in with my P-40 today flying on the 3s battery, man she is a fun little plane! There is one thing that I just can't get my mind around... The torque turn this plane has; I took off applying rudder as I added power, at take off I had full right rudder and the plane still hooked left. Is this normal for these small warbirds? Once in the air and flying she is a pure joy to fly a little touchy to inputs but fun as all get out. She is also a little tricky to land, a little too much power she keeps flying a little low on power she stalls, going to take some work to figure out the happy medium. All in all she is a good little bird. Would I recommend this as someones second plane? NO! lol She is easy to loose orientation of on top of being touchy. I have tamed her by adjusting her throws on the control surfaces and using dual rates and expo. Oh and with the 3s 1300 this plane flies like a bat out o hell with its tail a fire, I flew her hard today mostly 75-100% throttle when I "landed" her the ESC was a little warm but nothing I am worried about. I might upgrade to a 35a ESC just to be safe. I will probably never use a 2s battery in this plane again, she just flies so well with the weight of the 3s. Well enough of my rambling.... You guys have to try this!!!! :D

800mm P-40 is not made for flying in high winds. Did not hurt the plane but the "landing" was REAL bad!

I have no clue, they were high enough to make the soccer goal nets whistle! It was a wild ride for sure, will not do that again. I thought I was going to hit the goal on that last turn down so I cut the throttle tried to pull it around but the wind stopped and dropped the plane. No damage to the plane at all.

I wanted to see how the plane did in the wind. The weather report said winds were 30± with gusts to 40 mph yesterday. Gusts to 35 today.
