Wow !! How much are the dues at such a fancy club ?

Cheaper than a game of golf. $100/yr, $50 initiation. It’s in the middle of wildlife preserve. Mountain lions have been sighted roaming the grounds. Members are encouraged not to fly alone....;)

do wish we had some grass and a x-wind runway, as that seems to be all the winds we have...
We may be moving a bit farther west near the old hang glider slopes. Pilot stations face north on the 600’ x 75’ paved asphalt runway.
Almost as nice as my turbinefancy neighbor in Cali.

Thanks to Stewart and Tom Hunt. I have been enjoying the great flight characteristics of my Avios Spitfire. It's especially cool to fly in FPV. Last week, our RC club - Orange County Modelers Association repaved its runway. It now has a buttery smooth 600' x 30' asphalt runway in one of the most scenic places in southern CA. And I get to experience it from the cockpit. It's indeed silky smooth on roll out! They painted runway stripes on it a couple of days ago. Just call it RC heaven!

Visited beautiful Trabuco Flyers club Saturday. The views of Trabuco Canyon are absolutely spectacular in the air!

A full day of flying at my field yesterday. The scenery is very nice this time of year.

Some beautiful flying sites there guys, George that looks to be a particularly scenic setting you have there.

I have a few video that show where I fly in the UK when I go back to visit my parents (private strip at the back of the house) and where we fly here in The Netherlands for work video. Its a club near Amsterdam and about 40mins from from the EU warehouse.

That's a gorgeous spot to float fly!. That's a little bit of heaven there on that glassy lake... Sabula, IA. I will remember it!

I have to make do with a little pond next to a industrial park. About the only spot for me to float fly within a half hour drive. Not to bad from LOS perspective. Not pretty from on board camera. We call it the Huckleberry Pond in Anaheim, CA.

It is close by and very scenic for sure.
