My vote is for Flightline 1600 - 1700 mm WS Ov-10 Bronco with the current Flightline Twin formula. I have Tigercat on the way, Freewing Me-262, Flightline P-38, and I am on my 4th Ov-10 Bronco with Rich Uravich's Plans..... 3 were nitro, and the last is electric. This size is great for Visual Recognition, Scale effect, and excellent power to weight. Thanks for this thread. lpcustom73@msn.com
I was under the impression following FMS' public opinion poll on RCG that they were working on a Bronco, because it was the winner. If that is true, then out of courtesy, the other manufacturers we work with wouldn't want to intentionally begin to develop a specific plane if they were aware that another manufacturer was already further along in the process of making it. Functioning as an Air Traffic Controller of sorts is an important role we play, to ensure good models of different planes from all manufacturers all land on the same runway safely with tactful coordination.
Hey lbcustom73, I'd love to see pictures of your Uravitch Broncos! I have been eyeing his Sky Van, just to build something out of the ordinary.

I recall the FMS announcement on RCG about the OV-10, then the thread was closed with the message that FMS may have been having issues with copyright. Nothing since then, so not sure where FMS is with this, if they are even doing it at all. Would be nice to know.
And yes, I agree. If FMS truly is doing an OV-10, then I'd want FLRC to concentrate on something else.

Hello Alpha,
I have been following the industry take on the OV-10 Bronco for obvious reasons. Back on post #11, I indicate that Jim from Force(he leads us to understand he is the point for FMS) did announce( http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...4#post35984565 ) that they were gonna do a 1500 sized one but then shut the thread down shortly after the announcement and that was over 2 months ago with no follow up as Pat has also confirmed earlier today. Back in my post #11 I also inquired if Mark or Tom would care to validate that claim. Ever since that apparent shutdown event is the main reason you have seen myself looking to FlightLine to be the salvation of an iconic bird if FMS is really dropping the ball.
Best regards,
Welcome Tuan!!
Hey Charlie, I think Alpha has the slide rule and angles out at the drafting table and is working on the logistics of the OV10 as we speak!!
Hey, speaking of snow, we just got in a while ago from helping to shovel out all the stranded neighbors, we gott about three feet of the white stuff yesterday, man did it come down!!
Expecting high winds tonight so we'll be shoveling out the drifts tomorrow!!
If you guys only realized that the spirit of the Phoenix is constantly whispering in my ear so I can hear that chatter and no it ain't my teeth chattering from the cold !! :p
Hey Dan......the number you gave me in Muncie don't work so you apparently have a new one, how about shootin me a PM with the new number.
Alpha, here are some pics of my latest Ov-10, Uravitch Plans. The pilots, and retracts are from my Free wing stealth F15 that did a vertical landing. I'm changing the motors from NTM 4250-500 KV, to Flight line 3748-600KV from the P-38/Tiger cat, and additionally, new Tiger cat Hubs, and props. The nose gear is from a FW Yak 130. Motion rc is a good source of hard to find parts for off-beat planes. Still want a Flight line Ov-10 Scaled out.......
