Mine came today, I'm camping tonight so I just did a quick iPhone video of the changes from V1.

Looking good TiredIron! I just did my maiden flight this morning. Smooth flying plane but the wind was gusting to 18 knots and was kicking it all over the sky. Pulled a retract out of the mount on landing, but otherwise no damage. I am already pondering mods for a couple of things. There are 3 things that bug me about this model; prop size, gear stance, and nacelle length. The props are too large to look right on a B-17. I am thinking that I might downsize to MAS 8x6x3s to get scale diameter, and then go to 4S batteries, which would be more convenient anyways. Power should be equal to the stock setup. The stock LG is way too tall for me as well. I am going to play around with fitting the LG from the Freewing B-17 to get the lower stance. And while I'm at it I may as well cut down the nacelles back to scale size. It won't be done all at once or immediatly, but I hope I'll get around to it at some point.

Spares have never been an issue with the V1 which has been in production for years, also most of the parts are interchangeable with the V2.
Heck, I've got enough spares now to supply the North American market for at least a couple years
