no there are two versions of the heng long tanks upgrade and professional upgrade is cheaper and has less metal parts, sorry should've specified heng long

That is a basic plastic HL tank. Not an “upgraded” one.

Motion RC sells what they call an upgraded version with a steel gearbox. Their "pro" version has metal tracks,sprocket and idler as well.
Toucan seldom has tanks with only the gearbox upgrade like Motion .
