Well I broke a track pin on the t90 today, didn't think much of it till I went to pull the pin out, its broken right at the end of the pin and what makes it worse is its the knurled end of the pin. Have tried tapping it out, broke my track breaking tool and am out of ideas. Normally would just remove the link but the track tension is set to the slack position. They are metal tracks by the way, anyone got any ideas?

Are you trying to do this while the track is on the tank?Originally posted by Sappo View PostWell I broke a track pin on the t90 today, didn't think much of it till I went to pull the pin out, its broken right at the end of the pin and what makes it worse is its the knurled end of the pin. One problem, or two? Do you have the spare pins that came with the track? If so, use a spare to from the other side push the broken one out. Or you can get a watch pin removal tool, on eBay for like $5 to remove it. If you don't have spare pins, maybe your local hobby shop has piano wire of the right diameter. Use some to push the old pin out, then make a new linkpin. The more screws it takes to reassemble a tank, the more likely it is you left something out!
