IMO it would look more balanced with a larger turret bustle or storage bin attached to the rear of the turret. As supplied from HL its and little too long for the basic M4 turret.

An educated guess.....those are the supports for the box that attach underneath it and to the underside turret bustle. I would leave them off if they are not obviously seen.Comment

Tamiya makes a transparent orange spray paint for polycarbonates. I’m spraying my white LEDs that I use for muzzle flash. It results in a yellowish color, better than the bluish white of the original.The more screws it takes to reassemble a tank, the more likely it is you left something out!Comment
