Just want to take a moment to acknowledge some great customer service. I needed a replacement part, for a broken right side swing arm on my Heng Long M1 Abrams. I contacted Toucan Hobby direct, not through eBay. I had four email talks, including two in real time where they were making sure they were sending the correct part. All this for one tiny part. Kudos.

For me, many times their warehouse staffs did not know their products and sent me the wrong item. I took the picture and sent to them for proof. They got the correct part, took the picture of it and sent to me to make sure it was correct. I agreed and they would send it to me. Most of the times, I told them to wait until I ordered more items and then ship the part to me in my new order. A little saving here and there helps both sides :-)
