LA TANK BATTLEDAY SATURDAY, APRIL 02, 2022

Just a reminder to get your tanks serviced and charged up for the next battleday. Gates open at 10:00. We'll set-up the battlefield and get battling shortly afterward.

Battledays have been moved to the 1st SATURDAY of the month from now on.

The battleday event is held at the American Military Museum located at 1918 Rosemead Blvd., South El Monte, CA 91733.

Parking and access is via the museum's back gate located on the South side of the museum's property (enter at the small gate off Rosemead (located between the museum's back fence, and the fenced off carnival site)).

While the gate may appear locked, it should not be. Just remove the lock, drive through, and close the gate (replace the lock like you found it) afterward. DO NOT LOCK THE GATE! We are required to keep the gate closed but unlocked (while battling) pursuant to an L.A. County request to restrict access via the gate.

Admission to the museum is required ($5.00 per person, all proceeds go to the museum). Please see the museum's website for additional information.

After lunch, we had our WWII battles between the Axis and Allies.

It was fun fighting side by side with tanks that had the same insignias :-)

I need some experienced opinions. Is it good or bad in term of IR reception to have this tank color set up for IR battle? I am just curious. Thank you!

It will not make any difference to the tank receiving hits. It could have issues with IR “splash” effect on other tanks that might be next to it.
