If you notice, it is not a Heng Long Leopard 2A6 chassis. It is a metal chassis from Torro/Taigen. It is not cheap, but is one of the best RC tank investment I made. The original HL plastic chassis is below. The same Heng Xin gearbox with MaxHaus (390) motor. You need to remove the battery box to accommond the DKLM size speaker.

I think I've mentioned my Kranvagn eating speakers all the time using a 7.1. I never run it at full volume and it has eaten at least 2 of the round HL speakers and two of the square Taigen speakers while battling. I thought I was getting smart by 3D printing a speaker box that held two 40mm speakers. I figured with two drivers they could share the load when wired in series. I used two Visaton BF37-4ohm 40mm speakers in the enclosure. It still ate those even though they are 5W speakers and 8 ohm when wired in series. I didn't have enough room in the Kranvagn to mount a Visaton or Dayton 2.5" speaker. I needed the smaller enclosure so that it would fit in the nose of the tank. I have since gotten a new battery pack that will fit in the nose of the tank so that I can fit a Visaton FRS7 in a small box in the tank. I've found that these larger 2.5" speakers can rattle the lids of the speaker boxes they are mounted in so I've been using double sided tape between the lip of the box and the lip of the box lid to reduce that. I'll be testing the new 2.5" setup at the next battle day.
