I assume that you get the HL TK-7 RC. You can turn off the tank body shaking when firing gun. Changing to barrel recoil will need additional part.

Thanks for watching. Yes it is the HL with the 7.0 board with metal tracks, wheels, gearbox, etc. Had to do the tracks first as the shiny metal was driving me crazy. I will certainly be moding/upgrading the barrel recoil since it is soo off with the timing. Which barrel recoil upgrade do you recommend?

I have implemented barrel recoil on 3 other tanks using the Heng Long metal barrel recoil BB shooting unit. It uses a simple trigger motor connected to CN6 and is compatible with the HL TK-6.0/7.0 mainboard. The simple barrel recoil does not have a damped barrel return.

I am getting parts to implement servo barrel and servo elevation for the Leopard 2A6. I ordered the Canshuo YK26/TK26 radio instead of the HL TK-7.1 just to try something different. I have not decided on which servo recoil unit to get yet. This video shows the recoil action of a 2A6. (Time 1:50 on)
