  • A question about sales

I've looked around and can't find any kind of tank classified section. Are we allowed to post things for sale on this forum? I currently have two already built Tamiya tanks I'd like to sell, is that permissible here, and how would I go about letting guys know what I have on offer?

I haven't been here long, but so far things seem pretty cool. Some guys I know from other forums are here, and I've already met guys I didn't know before but would like to know better. I can tell already there are some very talented guys here. Y'all are my kind of people, I just hope I can make a valuable contribution. And yes, I will get around to an introductory thread, I'm just lazy sometimes.

Sorry! I am too lazy to respond to your post; Hahah! I don't think there is a specific tank for sale section. This is what this forum has....

I would say just make a post in the tank forum. We are our own group here and tank listings should be in the tank forum. Just do it until an admin tells us differently and then hopefully makes a sub forum of for sale posts.

Thanks, Guys. Let me get my ducks in a row and then I'll do a thread on two tamiya tanks I have for sale, a full option Tiger One and a FO King Tiger. I want to include photos so I need a minute, but these are both good tanks, almost ready to run (you'll need a radio and receiver) and they're priced at $600 and $650 respectively, but haggling is always invited. If anyone is interested and wants to beat the crowd send a PM.

Ever seen a movie called "The Shootist"? John Wayne's last film, and a true classic. It has one scene where John Wayne wants to sell his horse to Scatman Crothers and eventually Scatman says, "Then let's get to hagglin'." Not sure why I brought that up, just a great scene featuring two really great actors.

We need emojis with tanks. And more cats. 😺 🦁 🐯
