I bought mine from a Toucan representative, in China. He unboxed it and checked out all the systems and videotaped it before sending it to me. I'll check to see if he accepts "cold orders", without prior communication.
The more screws it takes to reassemble a tank, the more likely it is you left something out!

Thanks Bob, did you receive the charger, AA cell pack for the control and charging cable?

I got a charger - tiny little USB dongle without a power pack or cable. You use your own power supply, a pretty common practice. My controller has a 2000mah rechargeable battery. This is the case for both tanks I bought.

Edit: the dongle I referred to would be for the tank battery, chargeable through the balance plug. Per my following post, one charges the transmitter pack directly from a standard USB charger.

Speaking of chargers, I decided to test the charging system for the transmitters that have LiIon battery packs. There is a socket on top of the transmitter for a USB charging cable, (which we all are all accumulating in this day and age) so I plugged in a cable. A small red light came on, and after it charged the light turned green. Good deal!
