When you take off the screwed-in stock windshield, there is an indentation that it fits into. Use the edge of this indentation as a guide to cut out that inner portion with a Dremel cutoff wheel. If in doubt, have a front view of the aircraft up on your phone for additional reference before you cut, and mark off your cutting lines. For the windshield, I used a sheet of clear plastic, something similar to this: https://www.hobbylobby.com/Crafts-Ho...015%22/p/97971, and glued it in from the inside of the fuselage. Make sure you have plenty of clamps to hold it down while the glue dries. Hope this helps!
