Nothing but rain here last night. talking major rain. Clear right now so back to work, while doing the repairs I got 1 deg. out of the side to side front stab. Just need to cut the sheeting out replace sand and glass.
If the rain holds out I should finish up to the glass today. THen onto the Duct tape and then,,,,, C.G.

All back together again, now on to the C.G. Found more damage to the rear left side. You could not see it from outside as it looked just fine but there was this little Wood sliver in the bottom of the fuselage. Whoops , Glad I found it now instead of later. All fixed. On to the C.G.

Two Flights today, C.G.is between 6" to 5.25" forward of the main front wing saddle. So I put the C.G at is most forward and that is just nose heavy. So out with the motor tool and I'll try to shave as much out of the nose as I can get. Going to start moving the C.G. back to around 5.60" and fly it again. Video maybe later today. Hell of a hand full and no flair in her at all. Engine while running good is still just turning 8,000 rpm's. I'm hoping once broke in I'll get 11,000. Speed is ok at 3/4 throttle and at half its starts to want to drop. Round 3 maybe tomorrow.

I would not really call what she did yesterday flying. I'd call it crashing with style. Took out 1 oz. in the nose area last night which dropped the C.G. back to targeted C.G. of 5.60". We shall see today.
                      Off to test her:Cool:

The aircraft is where is started again, so I don't have her anymore to video. If I can I will try and get some film of her.
