We were just spoiled in the beginning, got use to new planes coming out over and over. I'm sure factories have to recover costs of all that so they can produce another wave

Speculating is half the fun and I do enjoy a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy but I can assure you nothing nefarious is taking place behind the scenes. No HAARP technology, no UFOs in our warehouses with a "Made By Hobby King" label on them...Just good old fashioned working on new models to release when we feel they are ready to be released. As you all know, we pride ourselves with offering product we can stand behind, where we and our customer family can feel confident they have met our quality and performance guidelines.

I can guarantee there will be a lot of happy faces in the next several months ahead. Foil will be one of the reasons for that but to piggy back off of Steve, Foil may not necessarily be our next announcement but it IS coming.

Hang tight folks, I promise the next few months will be worth the wait. :Cool:

I like your answer Aros, so now I can rest easy, I lost my T-45 and was waiting to see if anything new was coming soon but it sounds like it might be a little while so I will replace my T-45 and wait for the next release, there, made my decision and I just picked up a used 90mm Yak 130 to play with, not a fan of it but had to see how it flies..........:):Cool:

So I heard the show where they were going to reveal the new Freewing was cancelled. Something seems fishy with those 2 new Motion peoples from HK. How many times have we heard James and Stuart say the plane is coming soon for months on hand. Either Motion is being bought out by HK or there merging together and I bet in the future you will see HK stuff being sold at Motion. What happened to the plane a month. Its sad if Motion is turning into that. Just bring back Xplane Guy and his daughter for showing the new planes.

I don't think that Motion is going to be assimilated by HK since HK has two distribution centers here, and Motion just opened one in Europe. My money is that it's either part of the trade war where contracts are being re-negotiated (I've seen prices go up on Asian sites), a customs thing, or even a labor problem at the docks.

Well, they could all ways be like Horizon and start pre-sales six months ahead of delivery, have the delivery dates slip, and then even though a US company, deliver to the European customers a month before the US

Yes, Stuart and I used to work for HK. We no longer do and that's where it stops. We are happy to be working with Motion RC and wish our old HK co-workers nothing but the best. We are excited for all the products we have coming in the future. We know we haven't had a big new release in a while as far as aircraft goes, but we have been laser-focused on getting the EU division up and running, getting out to events for the first time (2 of which got canceled on us) and building relationships in the background that will help us grow to new heights in the future in both the US and EU.

Going back to Joe Nall, we teased announcements, not a new jet. The announcements were the EU, Admiral Heli's (coming very soon), Me and then Stuart joining this great team. As for Jet Jam, Alpha was dying to get the next jet to Ryan and I for that show, but it just wasn't ready yet. Stuart then was hoping to have it for this show, but the timing just wasn't close enough. These are Alpha's babies and what he says goes. He is a bit of a perfectionist if you haven't noticed.

Either way, maybe we shouldn't say project names, but it is fun to see what the community thinks will be the next thing. We'd rather just say project names without any projected release dates so we don't get ahead of ourselves if we announce too early and then a delay happens. We hope everyone can understand that. Had Joe Nall happened, we probably would have said what the next jet coming will be, but then imagine what this thread would be if you still didn't have it since May? We hate to see people upset waiting for what's next, this hobby is supposed to be nothing but fun. Let us worry about the inner workings of the business and we promise some great stuff will be coming for everyone to fly in 2018 and beyond.

I was on the bummed bandwagon for a short time, then decided what is there to be upset about? We still have great planes available to us, and when those boxes come in with those fresh painted masterpieces, it will be an amazing day lfor all to enjoy. Until then theres not a dang thing wrong with what we have now. As long as you have a controller a plane and a nice field, other than a cold beer, what more could one want?
