Seriously Lauren,
Finding customer service like this in this day and age of society is near impossible, especially with online shopping where the vendor does not have to face the customer. There is a rare breed in Motion RC and I am proud to be a customer. Hell if they are hiring I would love to say I work for them. You can hear the pride their employees have when you talk to them, and I have talked to a lot of them over the past few days! Cheers

What are your thoughts on using the flysky FS-T6 TX on this plane?

I have one Sean and I think it's fine for a 4-6 channel slower plane but for something like this I used my Spektrum DX7s TX  and a AR7610 RX with satellite RX just so I am sure of the link. With the satellite RX set up you are much less likely to experience a loss of signal since both RX's operate on different antenna planes as long as they are placed correctly inside the fuselage..

I guess im taking a trip to San Diego, my DX7 is at my moms house, I let my step dad borrow it. I have the Walkera DEVO 7e, and just bought the FS-T6, but I have been looking for an excuse to get my DX back here it is, lol he needs to buy his own anyway. He bought a PZ corsair last time he was up here in Utah and left with my TX jerk. lol

Hey Sean, they have the tee shirts, I have one, its under apparel in the drop down menu, we've been bugging them for baseball hats for awhile now, but they're shy!
Guess we'll have to make our own! (LOL)  Guess I could take a t-shirt and tie it around my bald head!

Has anyone done the 580kv motor upgrade on their Mustang? I have seen a few videos of planes flying with it done but I have mixed emotions about doing it. Just curious what you all think.

Don't know about that, but a lot of guys have altered the angle of attack on their props by using zip ties, apparently with great success.  Haven't on mine, but elsewhere on the forum there was some posts on that.

I think I'm leaving mine stock at least for awhile. The only thing I've done to mine is to put a gyro in but I haven't flown with it yet. Heck, I've only gotten to fly it twice so far and the maiden flight got a little hairy. I didn't realize the ceiling was so low that day and it started to disappear. Then I made a crappy landing (bounced it hard) cuz I got nervous nelly fingers..

Dodging light poles and trees I would have been scared too. Them damn things are a planes worst enemy next to high tension power lines! Funny thing is I have hit all 3 lol. But Matt Maryan got me beat, he hit the side of a big a** building LMAO! All in fun!

Yeah there was some threading the needle there at the end. LOL! Once it got down low enough the planes colors sort of blended in to the background of the brown trees and I couldn't see it very well. I went from being obscured by a low ceiling to working camoflage. I gave up for the day after that and we just flew my friend Shanes QAV 500 and QAV 250. LOL!

You hit high tension wires? LOL!

The snow has hit Utah 6" on the ground and getting deeper. Patiently waiting for a couple packages, I hope next weekend brings better flying weather. P-51B on skis?... Anyone tried it yet?

My new "Snoots Sniper" will be here tomorrow!!! We got a hell of a lot of snow from the storm that just passed, and more snow to come this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Hopefully I get a flight in on Thursday lol.
On another note a friend from RC Groups has taken on the challenge of repairing the old "snoots" I have dubbed it frankenstang. It is crazy how much damage that plane sustained during that crash. Both retracts broke at the mounting points, cowl broke, spinner broke, fuselage broke in 2 places, left flap came off the wing, canopy and windscreen are crumpled. It is going to cost him a little to bring her back but he plans to fix fusealage hinge the flaps, maybe the ailerons, and coat the foam surfaces with light Spackle sanding smooth and painting it taking the "foam look" away from the plane. I am interested to see how it turns out, and if it flies again.
