    Hi Aros,

Thank you for your reply. Of course there is no comparison with the more expensive brands but if you can produce parts that do not fit you can also produce parts that fit! Owned (and own) quite some warbirds from several brands (Hangar 9, Black Horse Models, Seagull Models and CYmodels) but never had parts that needed so much attention as this P-38. Anyway, can you share how you closed the gap between the top side of the cockpit and the leading edge of the wing?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Stan

Mine had a small gap but yours looks like it is slightly warped?

Yes it is. The other side is a bit better than this side but I guess something went wrong during production...

I'm no expert with fiberglass but I wonder if you could take a hair dryer or something to it and see if you can get it warm enough to reshape?

Must be from another plane, I did not get one with mine.

That makes sense, there was also nothing in the manual. Thanks Ron!

Thanks to Aros I found my air vents, in Stars pic it looked like one piece, they were stacked in a plastic bag.

                                Hi Aros,

The cowling intake was already on the cowling. The other two bigger grey intakes I glued on myself. Still wondering about the four smaller ones... I think Ron is right and they are for another airplane.

                                Thanks for your reply.

                                Best regards,
                                Stan

Ah! Well then I am stumped. Thought for sure that's what they were for. You could always email Legend Models, he's a good dude and likely knows what they are.

                                          Hi Guys,

Any ideas about the prop setup? Two props clockwise, both props turning towards the fuselage or away from the fuselage? I found on the internet that the real P-38 ended up with outward turning props.

                                          Best regards,
                                          Stan
