Nice! Whose kit is that? I tried Mato's duckbills on their Sherman, but they broke a lot and caused detracking. Good turret. Nice photography too, looks like it belongs there.
The more screws it takes to reassemble a tank, the more likely it is you left something out!

Taigen kit bashed with detail parts from the AHHQ one. TK50S. Fantastic running/sounding tank. The duckbills really make a difference on the field

(OK, I lied. I just wanted to use some black star decals!)
An addition to the black star crew. My M60A2 is finally battle ready.

Thanks. I just spent the last few nights rewiring it and removing the Clark TK80 from it. I installed a HL 7.1. The TK80 will be dropped in a different tank. Thinking that might be my 3D printed Merkava IIID. I know that may seem like a downgrade to most, but the Clark didn't have an independent control circuit for the commander's cupola. It's now being controlled on channel 5 of the HL 7.1 using a small ESC. ESC being powered by CN2 - fan control. I didn't hook up the elevation for the cupola MG, but I can live with rotation only. Still need to weather and put a matt coat on it, but at least it's now a functional vehicle. I vowed to get projects done this year. This is my second completed tank for the year and I finished my 9ft long 3D printed bridge for the battlefield. The E100 is on the bench right now. It should be all wired up by the end of the week and in a coat of primer.

More functional than historical... :) Breaks down into 5 pieces for easy transport as we still don't have a permanent field to battle on. Had to also be strong enough for tanks to hit the walls and not damage the bridge. Still need to do some weathering, but it is functional. More middle sections can be added or it can be deleted down to 4 sections. The two ends can even make a bridge on their own, but it makes for a pretty steep peak in the middle. The black stuff is stair tread traction tape. Yeah, I cut every one of those squares to size and put them on. Did it in front of the TV watching a couple of movies. Took me about 5 hours to cut them all and get them stuck on. My Xacto blade kept getting shorter and shorter the more cuts I made. :)

                  • My Tongde M113 that I have been working on is finally finished. My dad drove them in the Army. This is a match of one that he drove.

Cool. Did you do anything to protect the electronics or just go for it?
