The first is the JJRC Q75 1/16 scale 6WD truck. In the pictures below, you can see my motor and metal drive shaft upgrade. The RC receiver was upgraded with one with higher current ESC. The metal gear steering servo is hidden. I also upgraded the battery to 2S18650 with high quality Li-Io protected cells. One necessary improvement is the tires. The tire rubber walls are too thin. They compress too much after the upgrades. I cut some 1" thick packing foam strips to stuff them inside the tire tubes to simulate compressed air effect. It works very well.
I recently acquired the JJRC Q8815 1/10 scale MB Jeep. It is waiting in my job q to be upgraded. The pictures below are shown with original parts. I will post additional pictures when the Jeep upgrade is done.
