I have been putting flights on my new F-14, got 7 flights on it now, what a fun flyer, this is only my 5th one
so far over the years,. I have a habit of putting them together and selling them off quickly as I move on to something else but this time I want to really play with it and enjoy it a little bit now that I have a new Futaba 16IZ to play with flight modes, it flies great in swept mode and being all stock it flies great, I thought I was going to upgrade the power systems but I decided to spend the money elsewhere and fly it as is for now.

Pulled the trigger on a Goosky S2 Micro Heli. Its now the top dog of my indoor fleet (see below). Maidened her yesterday; 6 packs of crash-free, low head speed indoor hovering. 1st impression is that this is, hands down, the finest micro heli I've ever flown. I can see now what all the fuss is about with these new direct drive main motor helis.

Sharing footage from a couple of nights ago intercepting FW Eurofighter. The Nav lights make it really easy to spot in near darkness. Change resolution to 1080P to see better.

Haha! Not easy to impress a teenager nowadays. Accidentally discovered I can still exert a bit of cool dad factor this way while waxing his tail. Going to suggest loser do push-ups next time…

Sharing a bit of of dogfight fun with my son in 2m Carbon-Z T-28’s. The adrenalin rush and fear of trying to evade a bandit hot on one’s tail is very real

I went out on New Years eve day for a couple hours. 45 degrees, sun shining. Took out my E-flight Maule M7. The right choice for a dormant winter field.

Oh okay I can understand that then, I did fly yesterday here in Ca., even though it was overcast and cool I still enjoy flying, but snow, noooooo Thanks.

I’d rather have that than our 110 deg summer.

Flew the HSD F-16 today, wanted to show it off on a cloudy gloomy day, I had the Belgian version too as seen in my other post but I made a decision to sell it and keep this one because it is much easier to see on days like this, my pilot turned his head right when I was going to take his picture ....
