Evan got it down to 26/24 by moving the horn.

Thank you Evan, I figured I would ask before I went making changes. I appreciate it very much

Sounds like one of your servo horns are not centered (90 deg) to the servo. Very common to get a plane and the arm be a spline or two off center. After you move it then you'll need to adjust the pushrod.

Anyone have an issue with the ailerons having uneven throws from LH to RH. Trying to figure out how to get 30% up/down on each. I have 30up/30down on LH but RH is 44up/23 down. I am using a Graupner MZ18. Thanks!

Yes the blue box is just a way for them to Y the ailerons, elevators, steering and retracts together, no gyro.

So the little blue box is just a distribution system.

    OK no gyro then.

I just scored me one of these at a bring and buy, for very good money, especially considering it came with 2 batteries.

Any way for my first few flights I will be using the onboard "gyro". Now this has come loose and needs to be fixed back in. Which way should it go? I think the single wires should be pointing forward. Is this correct.

    Many thanks.

Easy to fly and land, but be prepared for the speed.

'Pogo Sticking' is the result of not raising your nose ( the airplane's not yours ) so the nose wheel touches down first. bounce bounce bounce, believe me I know, I was the King of the Pogo landing. Raise the nose and 'commit to the back stick' as Ryan Ramsay told me. Nowadays, I land my Avanti with no problem, she settles on her mains first and lands like a lady.

I have upgraded the struts that has suspension. Didn't like the wire struts.

It's just being smooth, the 4S doesn't have suspension, just the wire struts.

Not sure exactly what you mean by "pogo sticking":

If you mean bouncing, probably due to touching nosewheel first, or coming in too fast.

I just replaced the stock 6S unit with the FMS PRO unit. A modest speed increase, a noticeable climb improvement, and it sounds better.

Some very minor foam sculpting was needed to fit it, and I had to move the ESC back a bit
