Hey guys question for you. Got my 70mm F-22 and with 4000mah 65C batteries I get about 2 minutes till it is dead. Use the same battery on a 80mm T-33, 80mm Avanti, and 80mm BAE hawk and each of them I can get 4 to 5 minutes. Again exact same battery. On the bench I tried 5200mah 90C batteries and got maybe 2 1/2 minutes drawing 80 plus amps. Same batteries power my 90mm F-22, F-4, F-16, F-15 and get 4 plus minutes. I don’t think it’s batteries because I have tried new, used, batteries in all sizes with about the same results. Max amp draw is just over 80 amps with the 5200mah and with the 4000mah it is about 72 amps. After 2 minutes with all batteries they are at anywhere from 0 percent to 15 percent. I tried an 80 amp ESC from another aircraft with just a little better results. Ordered a new fan unit and motor to see if something is messed up and drawing too much current.
Any thoughts would help. Had battery checker during tests and all cells dropped the same. Had current meter and watched the current entire time. Last thing is I did calibration on the throttle and no help. Never seemed to turn up as high as I seen in all the videos.

Not sure unless your flat out the whole time, I’m using SMC 59/5100 hi volt packs for 5-6min, SMC 49/4100 hivolt packs for 5 and there standard 4400 LIPO’s for 4min. Not I fly tail heavy which improves flight times as well. These are for my 70mm F22 RaptorOriginally posted by heloman40 View PostHey guys question for you. Definitely bypass for tailerons. I also suggest bypassing for rudder and steering and putting steering on it's own channel.
Bypassing the rest is up to you. You'll just need a couple Y's and a triple for the retracts.
I bypassed it all and put the receiver, satellite and sequencer under the floor, it came out very neat. Also reroute the servo wire how they come out of the wing and under the battery floor so you can move your battery back.
I don't use gyros so I'm no help there.
I pulled out the extension box that came along with it..
For the gear, is it correct I need a triple harness for it..
How about for the nose steering, it is a Y harness that connect the rudder with the nose steering. Is that correct?
Thanks.

I’m running a SMC 59/5100 in mine I modified the fuse to allow me push the pack a little further than stock allows. CG wise I’m exactly 2 full fingers past the wing CG marks with 150/125 servo rates. She’s finally coming together paint wise some more work on the bottom and trim on the fuse top side
