Contact the seller and reported the problem. I bought the first tank from Amazon and the last 5 from Toucan. Godfrey from Toucan is a very helpful guy and goes out of his way to make sure your complaints are addressed. You need to open the tank and see if the connection of the battery to the main board is disconnected. If you are into R/C tank, tinkering is a MUST. DaiHey Guys.
I hope you could help. I bought this tank for my dad.yesterday he called me and said that the tank doesn't work again. It's doesn't make anything just beeps sometimes. No lights and nothing is moving. Battery's are fully charged and battery's in the remote are new. Don't have more Infos. From my airplanes I thought the esc was not working but the tank doesn't do anything and the lights are off. So I think there is a bigger problem.
He lives 200km away from me. So I can't help him and check the tank.Leave a comment:

it is 3.1 as advertised. Thoughts? DaiLeave a comment:

That is a very slow gearbox “5:1” ratio. Stock HL gearboxes are “3:1”. It is mostly used in tanks to represent heavy slow speed handling characteristics. It is smooth running but can be more noisy then stock.I spoke to Toucan and the right gear box is damaged. They will send replacement but I would like to upgrade with after market parts so I can see a difference. How about this one ? Thanks Dai

Overall it have its place most in WWII tanks.

I got the turret working by connecting the turret motor to the CN3. Some how it got messed up but worked before? The right motor is turning but the shaft connecting to the front wheel does NOT turn. Do I need to remove the tracks and the front gear? DaiLeave a comment:

I did. I even remove the screw then tightened. No go. DaiIf the drive is not working on one side but you hear the motor running, you may have the same problem I had with one of my tanks. The shaft for one of the gears came out, and allowed a gear to fall out of the gearbox on one side. It happened two times, I developed a simple repair if that is the problem. You will need to open up the tank to check for this.Leave a comment:

I have inserted and re-insert w/o results. The channel for turret movement is CN3 so I need to jump my Tiger turret cable to the Panther 's MFU to see what happens. In either case of bad MFU or bad turret motor, I am waiting to see what Toucan can do for me. The right front wheel is not moving although the motor is. Dai
As simple as this sounds unplug the turret rotation motor from the MFU and plug it back in. Sometimes this works sometimes it does not. If not you could have a bad turret motor or bad MFU.
To test this I would remove a good turret rotation gearbox from another tank, plug it into the slot on the new tank and see if it works. If it does you know it it a motor issue, if not you know it is an MFU issue.Leave a comment:

Tell me what to do now. The turret stops turning too. Thanks Dai
Make sure you did not inadvertently engage the “optional” second stick set up that is activated by pressing the “G” button and moving the left stick down at the same time. Some 6.0 and 6.0S MFUs come with this feature activated. They are not supposed to but some do? This makes the TX have the same control set up as stock Tamiya systems.Leave a comment:

The right motor turns but does not turn the wheel. Also now the turret does not turn 340. All connections are secure ! DaiLeave a comment:
