That looks great. We get a lot of early morning fog around here in the spring. Thanks for the inspiration to get a few images of my tanks next year

A few better pics of the 6x6. I've done a little detail painting, some weathering, flat clear, the lexan windshield pieces and some cargo. Calling it done for the most part, should compliment the M60A3 nicely. Might add some dust effects pigment, here and there, that's about it.

Tongde M60A3 along with the WPL B16. I think they pair with other quite nicely.

Just an FYI, RichJohnson Models N Stuff has "modern" 50 cal cans vs using WW2 cans. They look so much better when used on more modern models.

Yes you got the first preproduction test samples I had at the meet to show off. I will have them up on my site very soon as soon as my full order arrives. They are going to be 10 for $5

Hey Dan, what paint brand and colors did you use for your T-34? I think I asked you before but don't remember. I've decided my next project is to refit and repaint my T34. I'm still using Tamiya TS rattlecans and had read that their TS-28 OD2 is the suggested approximation to 4BO?

Since you are the Master of Green, I'm looking for suggestions.

                        Thanks, Merry Christmas

This one I airbrushed using Tamiya XF13, which they call J.A. Green (Japanese Army) but it works well for Russian WWII armor (a tip from Joao Moita). For rattle can TS28 is excellent, I just painted the half track with that over Tamiya fine gray primer.

Vallejo's Hobby Paint Russian 4BO rattle can is an excellent Soviet green paint. I did my Tamiya KV1 and KV2 with it and also my Taigen T-34/85. Don't want to butt into this thread so there is a picture of the T-34 on the Can Am thread post 60. It's also about half the price of a Tamiya rattle can

Yes now I remember our conversation about the J.A. Green Dan. Thank you. And yes my searches have all turned up the TS-28 as the best Tamiya rattle can option. Tamiya cans are the most widely available at my hobby shops. Since I'm still airbrush impaired I'm resigned to rattles for a bit longer. I had this crazy idea of practicing using Ammo/Mig washable whitewash on my T-34 since I've decided to repaint it after assessing it's current state and deficiencies.

Ohh and BTW, that's your new name "Green Dan".

Thank you for sharing Panzermech. I am intrigued but alas my local hobby shops don't carry Vallejo and I'm not n the mood to order the stuff I want instant gratification of going to pick it up this week. But cool idea, thanks again.

Thank you both and Merry Christmas.

Okay this is the image of the T-34 with the Vallejo. It was it's first time outside and other than a coat of Testors Dullcote and some light dust weathering it hadn't been completed including still needing stuff attaching but gives an idea of the shade of green. I also like Vallejo's rattle can Panzergrau which is a closer shade to the real thing. Tamiya's always seems to be too light.
