I have one mostly done. I used a Tamiya Pershing and I got 3d files for the turret from someone in Germany. I bought them with a single use license and signed an agreement not to share them so I cannot share them.
The m47 hull was made by using the Pershing wood hull master and lengthening it in the rear and front, changing the shape of the front glacis and approach and rotating the sprocket up from the Pershing low position.
Based on my research there were two different hull patterns.
I have my model hull and chasssis completed and the rear engine deck mostly done. I have to build the exhaust system and mufflers and the fenders. The turret is just sitting in it right now with a barrel in it. It’s a ton of work.

RC Tanks - M47 custom build - I finally started this project. Its going to be a major build for sure. I have always loved the M47 as it was my first tank toy when I was a kid. Really it was a motorized 1;35 tank kit my dad built for me. Also I see one every month at my armory where I am stationed out front on display
