TI, you’ve got to start a thread on the V-Tail. Have you restored other full size? I’d love to get involved in a project like that.

It's just for static display, going to fix it up so all the kids can play in it when we have fly-ins.

That's sweet TI. The kiddies will love it.

Flew my HSD F-16 for the last time. I've finally come to the conclusion that I just don't have the open space I need to fly something that heavy. 90mm appears to be my EDF size and weight limit.

Todd's just got to find a bigger runway.
                            Remember,
                            Where there's a will
                            There's a big runway!!
Anyone near Seattle have a good club so Todd can once more feel the joy??

Not really actually. I've flown giant scale composites at my local school's soccer field with no issue. From what I hear she's a sweetheart so I should be okay as long as I don't fly near or over the school. Not that I have ever crashed a plane on the school roof before.

From watching the F-16 videos it seemed like it would have benefited from tamer rates and more expo, on my jets I start out very conservative them back off as needed.

Yeah it sure looks and feels that way to me too. I thought I already had the rates pretty low (aileron is at 40%) and I have been trying out reduced expo for quicker response but I think with this jet it does require more expo.
