Mehh there are/were already several in the market like Sebart or Lianxang (?)..that looked nice...of course not comparable with what FW would release but still they are relatively well known and more of the same bunch. If it has to be russian preferably something more unique and less seen :).

Well, I've reached the point in time in the year where fixed wing has become something to go under the tree and build for next year. I'm concentrating on just flying what I got before the county closes the access to the field. And add to this the uncertainty of what the FAA is going to do between now and spring makes me a little gun-shy on "pulling the trigger". But still hopping for a 64 or 70 mm P-80/T-33 F-100, or XB-70.

I think FOIL is the premier of the new FreeWing 110mm EDF that runs on 12S so we can use our current 6S batteries in series. All in on a 110mm edf plane and if an F9F Panther oh wow, but somehow I do not think MRC or Alpha have that in their sights now. Well, one can always dream of things to come...:Sleeping2:

Whatever it is, I will take one.... But I guess if I could really pick, a Super Scale Harrier with VTOL would be the most intriguing to me as a life-long modeler. But even more so, a super scale B-29 would just be wonderful!!! But not EDF, so...….

If you watch the movie, near the end where they're destroying everything, look closely at the models that they trash in Jim Chamberlain's office. Along with the Arrow, look for the rough models of the U-2, XB-70, space shuttle and lunar module. I suspect that Alpha's office bears a slight resemblance to Mr. Chamberlain's, without the Diefenbaker thugs.
