Zap brand Zap-A-Gap Medium CA+. We always get some in our pilot bags at our club events, so mine is as cheap as you get. :)Originally posted by OV10 View Post
Pat....would ya care to share the brand name of that medium regular CA so that the rest of us might benefit with a less expensive CA option over the "foam safe" stuff. ;)

Yeah, that's why I'm not pursuing this. It's more for filing in the "bin of useless information". I should have mentioned this to them before they shipped out my Corsair. They could have just slipped it in the box instead of having to send out a separate shipment. Maybe on my next purchase.Originally posted by Hardway View Post
I did get mine.... It has been way before Christmas.... Let them know.... It is not too spectacular. But a gun pod none the less...;)

However, for repairs I vote Foam Tac, or even the tube of glue that came with the kit.

I'm a fan of the glue that came with the kit myself although if it's a high stress area lean toward the gorilla glue..Originally posted by crxmanpat View PostI've used Medium (regular) CA on almost all of my FW/FLRC birds without issue. P.S sorry to hear about your F-22 Aros

It's ok to use but you won't like the results :Scared: Any of the FW/FL birds are NOT regular CA friendly.(like most foam ARF's)
Use foam safe CA, Foam-Tac or Gorilla glue(not the Gorilla CA though) ;)

I wonder if too high a voltage could be causing leaching between two close solder points on the board?
