When I move the sticks on my controller, only one aileron or elevator move. Any fixes?

That was my first thought too. The cables need to be connected with a Y cable and the Y plugged into the receiver. It sounds like you only have one side plugged into the receiver for both aileron and elevator.
You need to connect the left and right aileron with aY and same for the elevator, then plug the cable into the receiver and you should be fine.

I've actually been thinking about doing it and have a plan. I have an Xfly A10 that I upgraded the gear with suspension gear that I bought from rc castle. I'm thinking of getting the same and swapping in the front gear from the A10 or from the FW F9F. It's really the only weak point of the 64mm F22. Otherwise it's a badass little plane.Originally posted by Tyler View PostAnyone have upgrade the Norse gear on 64mm f22?..I saw a pictures awhile back some did.,.but not sure how it done ?..any advise thanks

Diarossi86 I know this is super late but if anyone else has the same issue and finds this thread, the issue you're having is due FYI one if the servo wires being connected upside down... usua instead oflly the the one that isn't fluttering is the one that is connected wrong. Came across this issue helping a friend fix his after tearing the wingthe off in a crash. Got up and let off the throttle instead of letting off the elevators and it came down like a leaf. It's mine now and I've upgraded to 6s avian esc and matching motor upgraded the fan and run 3300mah 6s batts. It now gets in the air in half the distance it used to and clocks @ 110mph. I replaced all the stock servos too and added a byme A gyro and I couldn't ask for more from it... Thinking about adding flaps or retractable landing gear but haven't decided yet, that's why I'm here hoping to see success stories and not too many war stories.
