It was almost dark but the cam adjusted to make it seem brighter than it was. It is a RunCam. I love it but my only grip is that I can not change the lens. I would prefer it not be wide angle but the price and performance has been worth it! This is the V1 version. There is a V2 out now that has even more features than this one does! I am able to get some pretty high def video for under $80

Awesome..... Have a total of 8 flights on mine now and am at the point of playing with it some. Really like this bird a lot ;-)

I don't have any video yet. I will try and get some this weekend for you. She handles our grass field with no problems at all right now. BTW, our grass is dormant right now also so that may change once it starts growing in again.

Morning flight without wing tanks

Yep. When I did my Sidewinder mod it was maybe a few knots faster, not too noticeable and roll rate increased which it doesn't need but it lost some of it's stability. It wasn't as easy to land without the tanks. It looks better with the tanks as well especially in the air for that classic Starfighter look. This model definitely benefits from the tanks like the increased stability of a regular plane when you add pontoons.
