    • Finished the wing today. Shorten up the wiring after the pictures. I'll get the fuse down today and button that up and I should be finished short of C.G. Click image for larger version

            • So here it is got a couple of issues to resolve but anyone who builds knows that feeling. Pretty light and should balance. Test hops coming but the conditions will have to be right.

It was a on and off project and I got sidetracked more than once, like a broken foot that took almost 5 months to heal and by other projects ( Thanks to Motion R/C ). It happens when I build. I think my next build the 1/4 scale SE 5 will go quicker but ya never know. I've got a few issues to resolve before I fly it and have the right weather conditions. Here in El Paso 100 + degree summers is no friend
to scale models or their pilots.

                            • Great thread , always wanted a TBM and regretted selling my 81” CY Models but that one was just to large.
Yesterday I was very lucky to purchase the Skyshark 100% built with all the servos and retracts.
Any help on an electric conversion suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
                              I hoping for a 6s5000 conversation but I am estimating I may need 8s ?

                              • I really like my Skyshark Avenger. The rights to the kits were purchased and supposed to be in the works. I'd love to do another one.

Beautiful model. I have a kit waiting to be built. If possible, could you show some photos of your motor, esc and battery. Thanks Best Regards, Rex

I manufactured a box and cut the existing firewall to get the battery all the way forward. I have to remove the wing to access the battery. Kinda a pain in the a$$ but I didn't see cutting up the fuse for a hatch. I'll post a picture of how I handed all the retract stuff in a bit.

One the wing everything is mounted in the center section. I use a harness to avoid having too many leads to deal with connecting to the fuse.
