In general... with counter-rotating prop top blade moves toward center.
This makes you need less thrustline offset to compensate for single-engine-out.
Notable exception is the P-38, which has an interaction of propwash with the tail that makes it need props to turn the opposite direction.FF gliders and rubber power since 1966, CL 1970-1990, RC since 1975.
