I'm learning that! Lol! I actually just got a great Sherman that is on the bench for painting.

1/3 of our members are from San Diego. Therefore, our next event will be for them. We thank our SD members for driving to OC in many of our events. This one is for you guys. We don't call ourselves SoCal RC Tank Club for no reason. We play everywhere in SoCal, hehe!

Please note....this Sunday, we will implement a new approach to our battle. We will have a repair truck for each team at the rear. Whoever has his tank knocked out 1st, he can run back to the rear and drive the repair truck to his tank to receive the service. He then can turn on his tank and re-enter the battle. However, he is only allowed to battle with 1 hit. If his tank is hit from a shot by the enemy, he will need to turn off his tank which is out permanently in that battle . Only one repair service for each side in each battle. It's for the 1st knockout only. I noticed that many new members got knockout too early in the battle. They then just stood there and watched. I don't want them to be bored. With this approach, one of them could continue playing with us a bit longer, heheh! We will try this in a few morning battles to see how it does. Thank you!

Reminder for all players...We are playing outdoor in a big battlefield. You must have the LegoDEI IR receiver V2 model installed on your tanks. The V3 model is not accepted since it does not register well from shots at the distance. Please see the picture below to recognize the difference. The left is the V2 and the right is the V3.

In the 4 hours that we battled, there were 3 times that members' tank got de-tracked. They still fought to the end of each battle; heheh!
