Finally starting to come to terms with the Freewing F-16, and starting to push it hard!
In these few flights I think I truly demonstrated most of what the jet is capable of...
And yes, I'm flying this one pretty much tail heavy and relying on the gyro to keep it 'manageable'.
There's a moment in the video where I accidentally switch off the gyro, props to you if you can find where that happens!

Last few months i've been giving my F4 a new paint sceme. I used several painting and weathering techniques used by the static model builders. Giving the metal parts a authentic look was quite a challenge, as was the rising sun on the tail.. must say i'm pleased with the result. This is how the full size looked in September 1975.. Enjoy the photo's

Incredible stuff Jandro! Do you have to change the barf bag for the pilot on each flight? You're at a level all your own. Still don't have one of these, but next on my list, not that my flights will come close to yours. I assume you set up tailerons/elevons, but at times it looks like each horizontal stab moves completely independent of what the other is doing, or am I just dreaming. One time it looked like the left elevator was full down and the right was level instead of up or down.Originally posted by Airguardian View Post
