I assembled some photos from our recent Electric Aircraft event into a YouTube video. We had a great turnout and exceptionally good weather, not always guaranteed in February-our "windy" season. The event featured over 100 aircraft and a good time was had by all. I'm very lucky being close to a great facility that features a short grass primary runway 1000' X 70' situated East-West (our common prevailing wind direction), but also have a 2nd runway North-South about 1/2 the length for those rare days and for helicopters when the primary runway is used. We have over 500' of covered canopies with workbenches and electricity (solar panels and a generator backup) to set up our aircraft. All in all, a very fine facility. And on days that I can't "hit" that 1000X70 foot runway, I needed to Stay Home!! (And yes, those days do happen to me!)

Some of you may have seen some of photos in this video that I posted elsewhere. Side Note: yes, that huge B17 and Corsair dropping the bombs is electric, unfortunately just not mine! And the photography is done by our "Top Gun" pilot who can fly anything and whose main business is building and customizing for clients all over the southern hemisphere large, expensive turbines and gas planes. He's totally immersed in this hobby!

Excellent job Ricardo. Don't mind political statements, it's a outstanding illustration of the real thing. Hope you did the inside as well.

The new 470 class AH-1W. I added RC geeks random servo motion generator to the turret and it looks so much better than it being tied in with the cyclic control. I also weather it a bit and put a couple pilots I had laying around in there.
