Was windy all through Texas...not bad yesterday up through FL270. The big boys above 30 were trying to find a smooth ride with no luck. We’re just had some occasional light chop. Today was seat belt turbulence...:Confused:Originally posted by rifleman_btx View PostToday was windy, so broght the quad out for some fun.

I'm pretty sure it's the Freewing SU-35 (no canards) just like mine. The SU-27 later developed into the SU-37 (with canards). To me, the SU-27 and SU-35 look awfully similar.Originally posted by rifleman_btx View PostCool, my mistake on the model number, i was thinking the 35 had the canards, maybe i had 37 on my mind when i thought that. :/

Ah, makes since now, excellent! I watched a documentary about the SU-27 line, and they were all 3 devoted on the same airframe. There's also an SU-30 that if i remember correctly was their export model. Its been a hot minute since i watched it so i could be wrong with my information. :Confused:Originally posted by xviper View Post

No doubt, at noon yesterday the wind pushed from a dead calm to near 25mph when the front hit. Today it was between 15-20. So i could see some nasty turbulence with all the shifting and temperature changesOriginally posted by F22trainer View Post
