Yes…these are deeply discussed on other EDF jet threads.
A single choke on several wires is fine. Use the largest size the spot has room for. Their effectiveness at reducing frame holds and frame losses are documented in other EDF jet threads.

I suggest you get a variety pack with lots of sizes. They are cheap and easy to install.

I noticed Motion is installing larger and larger servos on the stab with each new version. That tells me they know about a known problem.I was at the rear of recommended CG. It’s a sad feeling pulling full up watching a slow increasing dive into the ground. They need to increase the BEC voltage to at least 5.5 volts. Going thru a control box only increases the voltage drop to the servos. I will NEVER go thru that blue control box again!!
It’s often a challenge to pin down the cause of a crash. I’ve flown (literally) thousands of EDF flights with blue boxes without issue. I’ve had birds do exactly as you describe BEFORE installing RF chokes but ZERO crashes since I began installing them on my EDF jets.

      Blue box issue? Probably not…
RF noise causing control issues…maybe more likely!

I have 8 of these Freewing planes, I’ll be getting these and installing them in my planes to lessen the chance of crashing…thanks!

If you did have 4.9V putting in a choke isn't going to help. Chokes are to reduce AC ripple from your ESC.
