I currently have the V1 A10 and fly with my CG at 95mm. I have printed the new thrust nozzles but would like to know if I should now move my CG forward? Thanks for any help.

I'm looking in to getting the Freezing A10 and apologies if this gets asked a lot.

Is there a list/record of all the mods so I could make an ultimate A10, add ons, mods, improvements and tweaks. Does anyone sell mods ready to install as I don't have a 3D printer and work away on ship a lot so things already painted would be ideal.

This is the package I'm looking at, any recommendations for the electronics such as Gyros, and such that would dramatically help out with balanced flight and keeping her steady for take off and landing?

Well everyone has his own list but i fly of grass and very bumpy runway with a real gear bender/braking reputation.

nose gear mod: railer link and 3d printed brace (must i.m.o)
Main gear mod: 3d printed brace.

i have the as3x /safe reciever but i only use it when landing, in flight only AS3X.
I use the landing flaps with up elevator mix since this i never made a bad landing again. this model is well known of bumpy landing when you dont land it the right way causing it to bump the nose gear badly.
Im a big gyro fan because it helps out with smoother flights.

I think the 80mm is fast and strong enough. I fly with 5600 80c packshot and get 7min with storage volt left in the packs. But im thinking about going to 5000mah.

LB, thank you sir. I went ahead after reading your post and just worked around the edge with x-acto and then worked the nozzle around some. It did come loose with a little paint :-) but as you say nothing shows with the new nozzle in place. Thanks so much!

Got the nozzles printed. But how to remove the stock nozzles without tearing up foam? Any pointers? They seem to be glued in? I can’t see any glue but they are firmly in place. Get rough with it? Or is there a secret to taking them out?

    thanks!!
CS, As I recall, I cut the OEM nozzles in a couple places fore to aft. I pried up on an edge without much damage. In any event, clean up was minimal and not much shows after you reassemble the nacelles . Hope I've helped. Best, LB

CS, were the A-10a nozzles you are looking for on Thingiverse, designed by Dirty Dee?

If so, DD has smartly moved all his designs to the Cults3D website.

Check there anyway, his nozzle design is top-notch.

    Best, LB

Elbee, I have sincere heartfelt respect for you now. Those were difficult times for everyone in our past. You are still one Amazing person to us all, as we are younger and, should be still learning from you. I respect my elders as they should always be. The heart is something people our age can misinterpret the most. It took a lot more effort and heart in the past, to get through the war, segregation. I salute you, Sir!
