Excellent job designing those scale wheels for the B-25. It makes a big difference over the OEM wheels!

Hey all,

Assembling my B-25 and I had removed the 'ribbon' cables from the fuselage Blue Box prior to priming and painting.

Need to know if these cables are specifically Right Hand and Left Hand from the "Blue Box" to each wing/nacelle.

I would think not, as one can change the servo directions from the Tx, but thought I should ask.

Any assist would be greatly appreciated.

These are the redesigns for my Desert Warrior build of the OEM barrels.

I presume that is what you are wanting.

There are 2 sizes 1.35mm diameter and 1.5mm diameter.

You can resize these in your slicer program and then cut to any length after printing.

Thanks LB I got the 50mm cannon for the nose, I need the side machine guns, but I can scale that down to make it work. Appreciate it..

hope everyone had a good Memorial day ..to much traffic in our area and di not go fly today. late day photos ..Glad i made the effort to repaint the b25 and finish the rescaled 3d printed 8x 50 cal removable gun nose the all the green ones are almost identical . not a completely easy conversion but very worth it as i never liked the clear nose b25s unless it was a air Apache field conversion

Nope, just replacing the guns that accidently got broken off.. I had a main gear collapse on takeoff roll the other day and it took a bit of a tumble.

Your model looks great! I like the silver and for me the gunship nose is the only way to go.

For mine I stayed with olive/grey and made a drop in 3D printed nose. Replaced the 50 cal barrels all around including Browning M2 full bodies for the turret. Rims for Robart tires are available on Thingiverse.

Yours looks great. I went with the stock rims and Dave Brown foams that completely cancel out any bounce on a paved runway., the silver keep the plane very cool in the California summer sun , green will bubble the skin . will print a set of the 3d rims soon but use foams glued to the rim possibly. haven't mad a huge effort to detail the b-25 yet

I need some assistance...I just assembled my Flightline B-25J last night following Wesley's video...and it went very well! He addressed needing a 7 channel receiver if using the bomb bay. Something that wasn't addressed is on each of my throttle wires, there is also a reverse brake connection. I assume they also connect to a Y cable, but I'm not sure where to plug it into the receiver. I have a Spektrum NX8+ transmitter, and do I just choose a switch for the brake or does it connect to the throttle somehow?

"Y" the 2 plugs together, knowing that the single wire on each is a "signal" wire (disregard the color). Plug that into an empty channel and then assign a switch to that channel. On your NX8, go for ch.8. I assign the long toggle on the right. It's a 3-way but just don't stop in the middle. Test to make sure both motors reverse together and at the same time.

Thanks It came out even better than I expected. Callie did a fantastic job on my custom graphics.

I have used Dave Brown tires extensively and they are great! However, I recommend Robart for the B-25 based on appearance. The 3.5" main wheel has presence, taking away the toy look of the OEM wheel. Both DB & Robart perform well as low bounce. Robart has a bit more weight, but it will have better durability in the long run.The B-25 can carry another oz or two...

I have one for sale. I purchased it from Hobby Haven in Des Moines. It was hanging from the ceiling. Never flown. Rudders have not even been glued on. Has all the electronics. I never found the time to get it airborne. I am located in Norwalk, IA. $150.00 Firm. I paid 200.00. Want to pick up a 90MM F22 and need room for it. I will get some pics uploaded. Anyone is welcome to stop by and look at it. I have never paired it to my radio. I do know that the original owner passed away before getting to maiden it. His daughter brought it in to sell on consignment. It has been stored in by entertainment room and never exposed to humidity or heat. Just want it to fly and make someone happy.

Quick question regarding replacement wheels. Has anyone had issues trying to remove the axles? I've removed the grub screws but the axles won't budge.
